Lori! This is for you! I did it... I ran the whole long run by my lonesome, and actually really enjoyed it. I was able to entertain myself pretty well,it is amazing all the things you can think about. I have decided cows are very ugly animals...thats about the only thing I passed along the way. I am kind of kicking myself in the butt it took me so long to just go out and get it done. The first 4 miles were a struggle...not sure why but then somehow 5-9 just flew by and then I was almost done so I didn't mind- so that is that 14 miles down...next week 20!
