Heidi's Contribution
So, pretty much Heidi (Tres Amiga's #1 fan) came across the coolest workout ever...especially for vacations... (Manda, you listening?? )

You're cute Lori! I just wanted to let you ladies know of a race that is one of my favorite to run and it's by far the cheapest of any I have ever heard of. It's the Nestle Family Fun Run in Springville on June 7. It's only $8 if you register by tomorrow and after that it's $11, you get a shirt and then they do a drawing after for some awesome prizes like grills, bikes, camping stuff, cash, trips, ladders, and the list goes on. You can just google it to get the race entry form or let me know if you can't find it. Oh by the way it's a 5k.
awesome heidi! that IS cheap! i'll have to chat with Erin about it. I'm all about running a 5k, I could totally kill a 5k right now.
