Better

Today. I actually made it to the gym.

Chest press 15 x 3
Tricep curls 20 x3
Lat Pull 20 x 3
Tricep bar 20 x3

Abs 20 x 3
Push ups 10 x 2
Plank position 30 seconds x 2

Spin class: 60 minutes of hell.

LFS 10/10
LHS 8/10

Tonight I'm supposed to run 8 miles with my neighbor. We'll see a) if it actually happens and b) how I actually do. The longest I've run since Ragnar was 4 miles. Tally ho!
